1. Appling for work Permit
The Work Permit in Vietnam is issued by the Department of Labor, Invalid and Society. The paper permits you to work in Vietnam for up to 12 months legally and can be renewed after 45 days since its expiration date.
2. Applying for a visa approval letter
“Vietnam Visa approval letter” is a document issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Ministry of Public Security) via a local travel agency to the travelers. It functions as an official permission allowing its owner(s) to board the flight to Vietnam and get visa stamped onto the passport upon arrival at Vietnam airport under the sponsoring of a host organization in Vietnam.

1. Vietnam Work permit (please see the Vietnam Work permit to provide the document requirement)
2. Passport (scanned)
3. 02 Photos (sized 4×6, white background, without glasses)
